* Content updates are based on 1 hour blocks. Weekly Content Updates Pro is capped at 8 hours a month. SLA requirement for Content Updates will be 2 business days and will be included in your contract. SSL is installed and managed as long as you have a subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you are then responsible for updating and acquiring your own SSL. Software Updates are performed on a weekly basis. Backup restores are done by request. Elementor Pro License is only valid while part of the subscription unless bundled with website design and then expires with your contract end date.

What's included in content updates?
It’s important to note that these do not include creating new content. We are able to create new content like that, and we are happy to assist with that as well! Just contact us and let us know what you’re needing at that point.
How do I request a content update?
Content updates are addressed in our portal. You’ll just submit a simple content update request that comes straight to us. Include anything you want, we’ll review and get back to you within 2 business days on whether we are getting started or we need more information.
What if I need more than the allotted content updates per month?
We’re glad you’re pushing out content to your website! If you need more than the allocated hour, we’ll promptly inform you before proceeding with the work.
We can either push up to that point, and hold the rest of the content until your next update, or if you’d like we can push all the relative content and charge the additional work at our hourly rate.
This ensure transparancy and allows us to provide you an accurate cost estimate for the time required to complete the rest of the updates.
Once again, no work will be completed until we communicate with you in advance regarding any additional charges so you are fully aware of the scope, and you can modify as you see fit.
We aim to provide flexible transparent service, and working with you for your content update while ensuring there’s no additional costs involved. If you have any other concerns, please contact us!
What is the turn-around on a content update?
Our standard SLA (Service Level Agreement) is 2 business days for turn around from request received to delivery.
Any requests received after business hours won’t count until the opening of business, next day.
With that being said, most of the time, it won’t even take us that long.
If you have time sensitive updates that require immediate attention, please contact us in addition to submitting your request. We will try to prioritize and work around the necessary schedule to ensure it’s updated promptly.
Will unused content hours roll over?
Unfortunately no. The included hours will not accrue. It’s design to provide a dedicated service to our dedicated customers each month in a dedicated time to service their needs.
If the content updates isn’t frequent enough for you, we can still assist by charging our hourly rate, or working with you to see if a different package fills your needs better.
Will you update content without a subscription?
We can offer management services for a wide range of websites, including those we may not have built ourselves. If you are thinking about switching website management companies, we’d love to work with you! We’re ready to help! Contact us!
Can I update my own content?
Absolutely! We just provide content updates as part of the service so you can focus more on your business.

Do I need Backups?
Absolutely…100%. In everything you do in any production environment you have.
Look at it like a safety net. Life happens, and when those things happen, we want to ensure that we’re able to restore any lost data to get your website back up and running as soon as possible.
Not only do you get your normal backups as part of your subscription plan, but prior to any new content updates, we’ll also be sure to backup your data so we can roll-back when needed.
What's included in software updates?
WordPress and Themes are often upgraded, sometimes numerous times a week. These updates often introduce new features, fix bugs on their parts, and address security vulnerbilities.
By ensuring you stay up to date, you’ll have the latest enhancements, keep your website running smoothly and remain secure against potential threats.
We take care of these for you, and take a backup in case of any newly developed bugs in their updates.

What are the payment terms?
Our payment terms are straightforward, transparent, and convenient. You’ll be billed on a monthly basis for the management services provided for that particular month.
While terms may change in the future, you’ll always be notified beforehand. Best part, you can cancel at anytime, and we’ll have an optional exit interview in which you’ll get all the information you need to take care of your website moving forward.
